MindSpeed VR is an interactive application that measures the speed at which an individual responds to a visual stimulus (perception-action loop). It is typically used in sports training and psychology research to evaluate reaction time, attentional processes, and visual-motor coordination. The equipment consists of lights in the form of buttons that change color randomly and repetitively. The users are required to react as quickly as possible to these changes, while their performance is being tracked. The results can be used to identify areas for improvement in sports performance and gain insight into visuomotor processes and reaction time in athletes or other populations.
I have presented this project to several sports clubs and am currently collaborating with two of them to test and improve the system.

I see significant potential in the use of immersive virtual reality for gamifying physical training (VR Exergaming), so I am very much interested in exploring applications in this space.
