Workshop Paper Accepted at IEEE VR '23!

January 25, 2023

I am thrilled to announce that our workshop paper, co-authored with Lisa Izzouzi, a CLIPE Marie Curie Fellow in the Virtual Environments and Computer Graphics group at University College London, has been accepted at the prestigious IEEE VR 2023. This conference is one of the leading international conferences in the field of Virtual Reality and 3D User Interfaces, and it is a great honor to have our work accepted at such a respected venue.

The paper, entitled “Is immersive Virtual Reality in K-12 education ready for primetime? Challenges, Possibilities and Considerations”, explores the use of VR in the context of K-12 education. The paper will be presented during the 2023 IEEE VR KELVAR Workshop: K-12+ Embodied Learning through Virtual and Augmented Reality.

We are very excited to present our work at the workshop and share our insights with the VR community. If you are planning to attend the workshop, feel free to drop by our presentation to discuss the future of VR in education and training. Otherwise, stay tuned for updates about our presentation!
